Candidate for BART Board of Directors

Speaker for September 13 will be Jennifer Hosterman, a candidate for the BART Board of Directors.

Jennifer was mayor of Pleasanton from 2004 to 2012, where she presided over a city budget of $100 million, with 465 full time employees and another 400+ temporaries.   She sat on 33 boards and committees, including  the Alameda County Transportation Commission,  the Bay Area AQMD, and the Cal State Local Government Commission, and she chaired the “Mayor’s Water Council for the U.S. Conference of Mayors.”  She, her husband, and 3 daughters are Pleasanton residents.
