Jill Duerig, General Manager (retired) Zone 7 Water District - Jill Duerig, former General Manager of Zone 7 Water District and currently President of the Rotary Club of Livermore Valley, the Breakfast Club, was the speaker for the day. Her presentation described the history of Zone 7 and the challenges currently facing Zone 7 and California in terms of water supply.
