Dissolving the Eden Health District?

The program for the 7-19-16 meeting will be on the subject of dissolving the Eden Health District, which prior to Sutter Health, used to oversee Eden Hospital.  The speaker will be Dev Mahadevan, the CEO of the district.  Currently, the Calif. State Senate has a proposal before it to dissolve the district, the state assembly having voted to do that."  Dev was a member of the CV Rotary Club from 1985 to 1992
