Dennis Waespi from H.A.R.D. will be speaking to us about the open space property they acquired from EBMUD between Carlton & Sydney in C.V.  He will discuss what proposed uses might be for this property and would like to plan a Club field trip to the site at a future date, to get a first hand look at the area and collect Club feedback about how we envision use of the land
