THANK YOU TO CV ROTARY
Owen Smith shared pictures of the new art display case for the CV Arts Foundation and expressed his (and Mrs.) appreciation for the support of the CV Rotary Club. (Mr. Smith also shared that CV Rotary Founding Member Ernie Crook is doing better and that the memorial service for Lee Benson, long-time CV Rotarian, was very nice.)
Leslie Rothwell shared a precious thank you letter from a CV High student who was short of the monies necessary to travel to Washington DC on an educational trip due to events outside her control. (Note: it was a proud day for this Rotarian as he heard that eight fellow CV Rotarians contributed $100 each along with a $300 gift from the Club to allow her to attend.) Dick Short also shared a note he received as one of the eight.
Mrs.
Rothwell also shared a thank you from Hosanna Homes
